Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Rerun (a question, image, card art, username, profile photo or chat message) infringes your copyright or trademark, email copyright@playrerun.app with:

• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A description of the work you believe was infringed.
• Where the content appears in Rerun: the show, league or screen, and a screenshot if you can.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We'll review the notice, remove or disable the content where appropriate, and let the person who posted it know.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the content that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of players who repeatedly infringe.
